Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the sale and provision of eSIM data plans between sim.do (Edvinas Jurevicius) and the customer.

Deviating conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.

1. The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

2. By clicking the "Buy" or "Checkout" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.

3. The contract is concluded only upon our acceptance of your order, which we confirm to you by email (order confirmation).

4. The purchase contract is concluded with the order confirmation.

We deliver eSIM data plans in digital form. After successful payment, you will receive the eSIM activation data (QR code, activation code) by email.

Activation is done by scanning the QR code or manually entering the activation code on a compatible device. The usage period and data volume depend on the selected plan.

All prices are final prices. According to § 19 UStG (German VAT Act), no value-added tax is charged. There are no additional delivery or shipping costs, as delivery is exclusively digital.

Payment is made through our payment service provider Stripe. Accepted payment methods are credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other payment methods supported by Stripe.

The purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract and must be paid immediately.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body, or health.

In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of an essential contractual obligation (cardinal obligation), the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on the observance of which you may regularly rely. In this case, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.

We assume no liability for network coverage, connection quality, or data speeds, as these depend on local mobile network operators.

All legal relationships between us and the customer are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

If the customer is a merchant, legal entity under public law, or special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is Gelnhausen. For consumers, the statutory provisions on jurisdiction apply.
